previous week made apt, given 6hr window. arrived 3 min before widow closed. First text came 17 min before window closed.
While here testing/evaluating the problem a new problem occurred, now when flushing upstairs toilet, whatever was in it shows up in downstairs toilet and downstairs toilet will not flush.
I repetedly called plumber over their busness hours on Tuesday, message said to call back or emial. I called back and emailed. So far (Wednesday Morning), no response.
House now has shit odor
Wednesday 8:20am called HSA. Plumber has not yet submitted report to them. I am on hold while HSA trys to contact plumnber.
HSA - was able contact plumber, they hope to have the order reviewed today.
I called HSA at 5pm on Wednesday. They show all 4 issues are covered by the HSA and they show the status as completed.
